Event Attendee Policy

Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors, partners, exhibitors and volunteers at all events, organized by MB Project Management United (PMU) are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organizers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

Any event organized by PMU is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of our participants in any form. Sexual language and imagery are not appropriate for any event venue, including talks, workshops, parties, online platforms, social media and other online media. Any event participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the Conference without a refund at the event organizers' discretion.

Use of Personal Information and Registration Information

MB Project Management United (PMU) being an organizer, is committed to data privacy in line with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania. By registering for any event and submitting your email address during the event registration process, you agree that PMU may send event participant-related information. A valid email address is required for all registrations. PMU uses the personal data Participant provides in this registration for administering your participation at any event. This may include information about the Conference’s content, event logistics, payment, updates, and additional information related to the attended event.

By registering and attending any event, you agree to be photographed and/or filmed and permit to use your likeness in promotional and/or marketing material.

Requirements regarding Covid-19

Any in-person event, organized by PMU, will be held according to the valid recommendation of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania; therefore, the organizers might limit the attendee number or change the program. Foreign attendees are highly recommended to visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania webpage https://urm.lt/default/en/important-covid19 and National Public Health Center  https://nvsc.lrv.lt/en/information-on-covid-19/for-arrivals-from-abroad in order to get the valid information and requirements for entering the country.

Conference Ticket Cancellation Policy

Please note that cancellations for any paid ticket must be submitted in writing to info@pmconference.org to ensure a refund.

The refund amount will be determined as below:

  • Cancellations made 14 calendar days before the date of any event, will receive a 100% refund on the ticketed price.
  • Registrants canceling later than 14 calendar days before the event date, will not receive a refund. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
