Karina Kazmina
Karina has 10+ years of project management, business analysis, LEAN process improvement and change management experience. Within her project leading experience, she has led improvement process of a Nordics bank customer portfolio by setting up a remediation team, project scope and schedule, set up a KYC process and data analysis process improvements, prepared business requirements and set up testing process for automated solutions. Later she has led a Nordics Bank Account PMO team and ensured team daily performance according to SLAs or internal/ external agreements with stakeholders in billing, account compliance tracking, reporting, governance meeting and sales opportunity tracking areas. Karina has driven changes and established a continuous improvement culture in the team. Currently Karina leads a team of PMO and Business analysts and contributes to Accenture Baltics and its clients’ project portfolio control.
